ADULT Programs
Adult (19+) Tournaments
Ottawa Fusion hosts adult volleyball tournaments for all skill levels, from recreational beginners to competitive teams. Our events provide a fun, organized, and social environment where players can enjoy the game, build teamwork, and connect with the local volleyball community. Tournaments are co-ed or single-gender depending on the event, and all profits go directly to support Fusion Youth Competitive Teams.

Important: All participants must complete a waiver form before taking part in the Fusion tournament. Please submit your form online here: https://www.jotform.com/252485901546260. Teams will not be allowed to play until all members have submitted a completed waiver.
Adult (19+) Development Program
This program is designed for adults with some volleyball experience who want to refine their skills and improve their game. Sessions focus on building core techniques like passing, setting, serving, and attacking, while also introducing more advanced play strategies. Combining drills, guided practice, and game play, participants can enhance their skills and gain confidence in a fun, supportive setting. Whether you’re progressing from the basics or looking to elevate your game, this program offers the perfect balance of development and play.

Level 1 (Beginner-Intermediate)
A program for adults looking to build or refresh foundational volleyball skills. Perfect for those new to the game or with some basic experience, focusing on techniques, court movement, and some limited game play.

Level 2 (Intermediate-Advanced)
Tailored for adults with some volleyball experience seeking to refine their skills and elevate their game. Sessions emphasize advanced techniques, court positioning, and some limited game play.

Spring Registration Opens: End of February (Programs run April - June)

Senior Women’s (19+)
Competitive Program
The Ottawa Fusion Senior Women’s Volleyball Team is the only program of its kind in the National Capital Region. Tailored for experienced athletes, this high-performance team competes in local tournaments throughout the season, culminating at the Volleyball Canada Nationals in Gatineau.

Senior Men’s (19+)
Competitive Program
The Ottawa Fusion Senior Men’s Volleyball Team is the only program of its kind in the National Capital Region. Tailored for experienced athletes, this high-performance team competes in tournaments throughout the season, scrimmages and new this year: competing in the Ottawa Carleton Volleyball League (OCVL). Culminating at the Volleyball Canada Nationals in Gatineau.
This year the Senior Men’s Team will be comprised of 2 Squads: Team A and Team B. Due to the large demand last season and the increasing popularity of the program this year. We will be sending 2 teams to the Volleyball Canada Nationals in March/April 2026 and with hopes to compete in a tournament at the Volleyball League of America.

HEAD COACH Ryan Le
Coach Le, competed in both the OCAA and OUA as a left-side power hitter and was also a member of Team Ontario’s 18U Beach Volleyball program. In his final year with the Windsor Lancers (2011–12), he led all OUA outside hitters in Kill%.
Following his collegiate career, Coach Le coached amateur athletes preparing for professional contracts while also playing multiple professional seasons himself in Southeast Asia. Upon returning to Canada, he settled in Ottawa and began sharing his experience through coaching. He guided the Carleton Ravens men’s club team to their first and only ECVA National berth and later assisted Coach Amalou at the University of Ottawa, where the team qualified for ECVA Nationals the following year.

Today, Coach Le is focused on Ottawa Fusion’s Senior Men’s program, which he helped establish in 2024.

Athletes will be evaluated on the following criteria: attitude and willingness to learn, technical knowledge, physical skills and in-game IQ.
